VIP Play Extends $450,000 Convertible Notes, Pushing Maturities to 2027 at 12%

VIP Play amended two Convertible Note Purchase Agreements to extend a total of $450,000 in outstanding convertible notes held by Rick Hackel and The Access Fund I. The Third Amendments, dated September 14, 2026 and effective September 1, 2026, keep the 12% annual interest rate and existing conversion features while pushing maturities to 2027. Hackel's notes totaling $300,000 now mature on February 28, 2027, and the $150,000 Access note now matures on August 31, 2027.…
