Twin Vee PowerCats and USFM Strike Holdco Merger; Twin Vee Holders Get 7% of Pubco

Twin Vee PowerCats entered into an amended and restated merger agreement with USFM to combine under a new holding company, Pubco. In a two-step merger, Twin Vee and USFM will become wholly owned subsidiaries of Pubco, and Twin Vee stockholders will receive a pro rata share representing 7% of Pubco on a fully diluted basis after the second merger.
