Sky Quarry Settles $638,998 LendSpark Claim Via Court-Approved Stock Issuance

Sky Quarry entered into a court-approved Settlement Agreement with LendSpark to resolve $638,998 of past-due liabilities through the issuance of common stock under Section 3(a)(10).
