Silver Bow Mining entered into a Note Purchase Agreement with Ocean Partners for a $5.0 million secured promissory note to fund the Rainbow Block project and progress the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex acquisition. The note bears interest at 12-month SOFR plus 6.75%, payable monthly, and matures on March 31, 2027, with a 1% prepayment penalty.
