Personalis downgraded at BTIG on likely Tempus takeover

Seeking Alpha reports: BTIG on Tuesday downgraded Personalis to Neutral from Buy, noting that Tempus AI , which has agreed to acquire the cancer test maker, will succeed in completing the transaction despite additional takeover interest in the company.
