Marex board chair steps down

Seeking Alpha reports: Marex Group on Wednesday said its board chair Robert Pickering has stepped down. Pickering is succeeded by John Pietrowicz, a current board member and chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. Pickering joined the board in September 2021, and became the board chair in October 2023. Pietrowicz joined the board in April 2024, having previously served as CFO of CME Group from 2014 until 2023.
