Ethereum Foundation Researcher Proposes EIP Draft for Execution Chain Proofs

Binance News reports: Foresight News reported that Ethereum Foundation researcher frisitano has published an EIP draft proposing execution chain proofs. The draft says the proofs recursively confirm that all execution payloads from the head back to the genesis beacon block are valid and bound to the beacon chain.
