Empire State Realty stock rises after filing shows activist investor Erez's over 5% stake

Seeking Alpha reports: Empire State Realty Trust was trading higher after an SEC filing showed that activist investment firm Erez Asset Management now owns over a 5% stake in the office REIT. Bruce Schanzer's Erez Asset Management owns a 5.8% stake in the company. Shares were 4.61% higher at $4.43 during afternoon trading on Tuesday.
