Amazon Prime Video to carry Emmy Awards from 2027

Seeking Alpha reports: Amazon’s Prime Video will become the new home of the Emmy Awards from 2027 under a six-year agreement with the Television Academy, the Wall Street Journal reported. Prime Video will have global rights to the ceremony and plans to keep it available outside its paywall, allowing viewers without an Amazon Prime subscription to watch for free.
