What should I do after being the victim of phishing / theft?

I just lost 165,000 XLM due to phishing from a user of the Stellar blockchain with the pseudonym AIDOGE. I would like to publicize this theft and receive a refund of my funds. What should I do?

How were you phished? Since you have a username it must have been via social media? Typically the only way you'd be able to recover any funds would be to track them to when the thief deposits to an exchange and then contact the exchange to freeze the funds. Most will require some type of police report in order to freeze funds.
