Is it possible to create SPL Token on Ledger?

Ledgers are only able to parse a small subset of possible transactions on Solana, so that the device can give you a display saying "Transfer X SOL to Y" or "Activate stake Z to V". Anything that is not parsable is rejected. The only way to get around this limitation is to enable "Blind signing" on your device, but that comes with security concerns, since the Ledger device can't tell you what the transaction is doing. You need to trust whatever CLI or wallet you're using to tell you something correct in those cases.
