If you are sure that you didn't freeze any addresses on the addresses tab, you need to go to the coins tab but it is disabled by default, so you need to enable it by going to view>coins from the menu on the top left of Electrum and go to the coins tab. You should be able to see all available coins or outputs; you can unfreeze those coins. Look at this image below as a reference.
