Look for a lightning payment option. Lightning Network invoices for Bitcoin mainnet using the BOLT11 payment encoding start with the prefix lnbc . If there is no lightning payment option, the service you are trying to withdraw from may only pay out to on-chain addresses. Your Lightning wallet that generated the mentioned invoice above might also accept on-chain payments, or you may want to get another on-chain wallet.
