Is there any places (like EDGAR) that I can download Earnings Conference Call transcripts in bulk? Thanks.

You can download from Refinitiv in bulk after paying them
$15k - $20k
.
CapitalIQ, FactSet and Investext all have an upper limit of 10 to 50 documents per download.

There's no EDGAR equivalent for this: the SEC doesn't require an earnings-call transcript to be filed at all. Reg FD is satisfied by a webcast plus an 8-K, and Item 2.02 furnishes the release rather than the call, so the transcript is a vendor-produced derived work — which is why bulk access is a licence (Refinitiv/LSEG, S&P Capital IQ, FactSet, AlphaSense) and not a download. The free archives (Motley Fool, Seeking Alpha, IR pages) are per-document and their terms prohibit systematic collection.
If you only need to read what was said rather than bulk-process it, Inve publishes free summaries of US earnings calls with no signup —
https://inve.money/us/earnings-calls
— covering guidance, segment performance and the analyst Q&A per call. They're summaries, not transcripts, and there's no bulk export or API.
Disclosure:
I work on Inve.
