I joined the Bitcoin community early, between 2011 and 2014. Unfortunately, college took most of my time, so I couldn't continue mining and trading. I had 8–10 old wallets, many of which contained a significant amount of Bitcoin. When I attempted to recover my old laptop and PC hard drives, I managed to retrieve three of those wallets. Fortunately, they still hold balances: 1.2 BTC, 1.00 BTC, and 0.2 BTC. However, the issue is that I have been unable to access my private key files, leaving the balance stuck. How can we solve this problem? Update: I remembered my passphrase, but after executing the command, nothing happens. Only a blank line appears, and the command doesn't proceed."

The update changes the situation considerably. If you now know the passphrase, I would not assume that the private keys are unrecoverable just because a command appears to return a blank line. First, make copies of all three wallet.dat files and do not experiment on the only recovered copies. Then check a few things separately for each wallet: Which Bitcoin Core version are you using? Is the wallet successfully loaded by Bitcoin Core? What exact command are you running when you get the blank line? Does getwalletinfo work for that loaded wallet? Is Bitcoin Core reporting any error in debug.log after you enter the passphrase? Do not post the passphrase, private keys, wallet.dat files, or any other secret material here. If the wallet loads and the passphrase is accepted, the next step depends on whether this is a legacy wallet or a descriptor wallet and on what you are actually trying to export. A blank-looking console result by itself is not enough to conclude that the keys are lost. Since these files were recovered from old disks, preserve the originals untouched and perform any repair, salvage, or migration attempts only on copies.
