By The way, it was distribuited like a "disperse token".

You cannot "remove" token, you can only hide it. Every wallet offers different ways to hide tokens in the list. You need to contact the support of your wallet provider.

They're just useless tokens. Don't need to burn them, but if you want to, you can send them to the Null address ( https://etherscan.io/address/0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 ). Spammers would still send it to you later, so I'm not sure that would fix the issue. \n If you're a developer, you can use EIP7702 to send away all of the spam tokens in a batch.
