Forex independent investments

Recently my country's currency has dropped against the US dollar, and soon i will be feeling the pitch in my pocket as all my investments are perhaps in my local currency, will drop in value. I am looking at some investments that isn't bound to a single currency ? i.e. forex fluctuation do not affect the value of my investments . Is there such a thing ? Where and how to invest in it ?
