I’m looking to integrate or use a fiat-to-Stellar (XLM) on-ramp and off-ramp. I want to know what solutions are currently working in practice.
Specifically:
Which fiat ramp providers are actively functioning right now?
Do they support both L1 and L2 tokens?

You can check Tradesilvania. They have a full EUR/USD > crypto ramp and can integrate smaller L1s like Stellar too
