Can I use my names to recover my bitcoin ID and account? I want to recover my bitcoin account but I don't remember anything about it. I want to use my names.

In general, no.
Using only your name and address, you cannot recover access to a financial account at an unknown financial business whose name you have forgotten.
The Bitcoin network and blockchain has no record of people's names or postal addresses or email addresses.
